Not a doctor, not a urologist, not a health professional of any kind -- just a guy who got tired of planning his life around the nearest restroom. Has tried over a dozen prostate supplements since 2023 and keeps a spreadsheet tracking everything from bathroom frequency to sleep quality. His wife thinks the spreadsheet is overkill.
