About ProstateFlow Guide
I spent two years — closer to three, honestly — telling myself the 3 AM bathroom trips were a hydration thing. Drink less water after 7pm. That's clearly all this is. At some point I was getting up three times a night and the explanation was getting harder to maintain than the problem itself.
I'm Tom — 57, semi-retired IT consultant in Tampa, not a doctor. What I eventually did was approach my prostate situation the same way I've approached every technical problem for thirty years: keep a log, test one variable at a time, and don't lie to yourself about the data. This site is that log made into a website. Weekly symptom tracking, bathroom-trip counts, supplement testing with two-week baselines before introducing anything new. The numbers from my tracking, not the numbers from the product's own marketing materials.
Not a urologist. Not a naturopath. Not a supplement marketer. An IT guy who spent too long pretending nothing was wrong, started keeping a spreadsheet about it, and eventually built a website because the spreadsheet kept getting questions from other men in similar situations who wanted something more useful than vague endorsements or medical journal abstracts.
